Bad fit/sizing

I’ve purchased 2 masks and the fit is off on both. M/L doesn’t fit under my chin as it’s designed, and the L/XL is so loose it constantly feels like it’s dropping below my nose. I *really* wanted to like these masks, but there’s something just not right on the sizing.

Comfortable but Small

Did all the measurements and went up to the bigger size. Still tighter than I had hoped around the ears. Read the other reviews and sized up...might consider going up 2 sizes.
