Returns Policy

 

Please read this Returns Policy carefully before ordering products from this Website (defined below). 

 

Under Armour Europe BV is the owner and operator of this website www.underarmour.com.ph (hereinafter referred to as “Website”). By ordering products on this Website, you agree to be bound by this Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not purchase from this Website.

 


 

Under Armour's Exchange and Return Terms

Your contracting party for this Website is UA Sports (S.E.A.) Pte. Ltd. (“UA”; also referred to herein as “we” and “our”)We are a distributor of Under Armour Europe BV, and use this Website to market, sell and process the online order of products to consumers in Singapore.

 


 

Under Armour's Return Policy

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, you will be able to return your purchase(s) made at underarmour.com.ph within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Please call our Customer Service team to find out how to process your return.

 


 

Under Armour’s Exchange Policy

We do not exchange products purchased through this Website. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchased product for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to obtain a refund on returned products when the return is in line with this Returns Policy.

  


 

Damaged and Defective Products

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If we determine there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

 

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:

§  Obtained from a source other than www.underarmour.com.ph 

§  Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)

§  Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)


 

 

Eligibility of Return

1.     The return process must be initiated within 14 days of order receipt.

2.     Items should not be worn and should be in its original packaging.

3.     Clothing and footwear returns will only be accepted if the original label/hangtag has not been detached or removed.

4.     Headwear, undergarments (Boxer/jocks, panty and thongs) are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable

Refunds

The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control, although once we do receive your return we will process your request as quickly as possible. We therefore require you to allow us at least 14 days to receive and process your return. Although Under Armour will refund you your purchase price within 2 days after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you do not receive your refund within 21 days, please contact our Customer Service team to check on the status of our refund.
 

We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.
